1. OVERVIEW

This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled for:

  • Physical products purchased from our website, and
  • Massage services, referred to on our website as “Experiences”
  • Digital Gift Cards

Different rules apply to products and services. Please read the relevant section carefully before making a purchase or booking.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

2. PRODUCTS – RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

2.1 Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • With a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to the address provided by Your Body Vibes Ltd after we review and approve your return request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label, and

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2.2 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and make it right in accordance with UK consumer law.

2.3 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive products (including beauty products, massage oils, supplements) where opened or used

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.

2.4 Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval), then

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.

2.5 EU & UK Consumer Cooling-Off Rights (Products)

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

This right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. oils, supplements, personal care products).

2.6 Refunds (Products)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Banks may take additional time to post the refund

2.7 Gift Card Terms

Valid for massage services only. Subject to availability and appointment booking. Not redeemable for cash. Any remaining balance can be used towards a future treatment. All Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the day of purchase.

3. MASSAGE SERVICES (“EXPERIENCES”) – CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Massage treatments are time-specific services and are referred to on our website as Experiences.

3.1 Cancellation Policy

All treatment bookings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

This policy reflects the loss of appointment time that cannot be reallocated.

3.2 How to Cancel or Reschedule an Experience

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment via:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the full booking fee being charged.

3.3 Late Arrivals

  • Late arrival may result in a shortened session.

  • Full treatment fees still apply.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show with no refund.

3.4 Health & Safety-Related Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a treatment if:

  • A contraindicated medical condition is identified

  • Relevant health information was not disclosed

  • The client appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Continuing treatment would be unsafe or inappropriate

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

3.5 Statutory Rights – Services

Under UK consumer law, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply once a service has been fully performed or where a time-specific service is scheduled and cancellation occurs within the stated notice period.

 

4. Your Body Vibes Digital Gift Card Policy

4.1 General

Your Body Vibes gift cards are issued digitally and may be redeemed against eligible massage services offered by Your Body Vibes. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to this policy.

4.2 Delivery

Gift cards are available in digital format only. They may be emailed to the purchaser or sent directly to the recipient.

4.3 Validity

All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift cards must be redeemed before the expiry date shown. Expired gift cards cannot be extended, reissued, or redeemed.

4.4 Redemption

Gift cards may be used as full or part payment toward any eligible massage service offered by Your Body Vibes, subject to availability and booking terms.

If the full value is not used in one booking, any remaining balance may be used toward a future eligible treatment within the validity period.

If the treatment price exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid by the client at the time of booking or appointment.

4.5 Booking

All appointments are subject to availability.

Holding a gift card does not guarantee a specific appointment date or time. Early booking is recommended to secure preferred availability.

4.6 Eligible Services

Gift cards are redeemable only against massage services provided by Your Body Vibes and cannot be used for cash, gratuities, third-party services, or retail products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.7 Non-Refundable and No Cash Value

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.

No change will be given in cash for any unused balance.

4.8 Cancellations and No-Shows

Standard booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies apply to all appointments booked using a gift card.

If an appointment booked with a gift card is missed without sufficient notice, or cancelled outside the permitted cancellation period, Your Body Vibes reserves the right to deduct the full treatment value or the applicable cancellation fee from the gift card balance.

4.9 Lost, Deleted, or Incorrectly Sent Gift Cards

Please ensure the email address provided at the time of purchase is correct.

Your Body Vibes is not responsible for gift cards lost, deleted, or sent to an incorrect email address due to customer error.

4.10 Transferability

Gift cards may be gifted to another person, but they may only be used by clients who are eligible to book services with Your Body Vibes and who meet any service-specific requirements or business policies.

4.11 Fraud and Misuse

Your Body Vibes reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any gift card where fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity is suspected.

4.12 Changes to Services and Prices

Gift cards are redeemed based on the monetary value purchased, not a guaranteed service price.

Service offerings and prices may change over time.

4.13 Right to Amend

Your Body Vibes reserves the right to update or amend this Gift Card Policy at any time where necessary.
