1. OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy applies only to physical products purchased from Your Body Vibes Ltd, including but not limited to health, beauty, and wellness products such as massage oils, supplements, and wellness tools.

This policy does not apply to massage services or experiences.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing times may be extended during busy periods, promotions, or due to circumstances outside our control.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union (selected countries)

  • Other destinations may be added at our discretion

4. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • EU Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping (if available): 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak periods (e.g. holidays)

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders:

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available).

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

8. LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at yourbodyvibes@gmail.com, and we will assist you in liaising with the carrier.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Supporting photos (where applicable)

We will assess the issue and resolve it in accordance with our Refund Policy and UK consumer law.

9. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Failed deliveries where the courier is unable to access the delivery location

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

10. RISK & DELIVERY

Ownership and risk for physical products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the address provided.
