Our website and booking platform are powered by Shopify, which enables online bookings, product purchases, and payments.

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY & GENERAL CONDITIONS

- Book any massage or bodywork services, and
- Purchase any health, beauty, or wellness products from our website.

Massage services are provided exclusively to women aged 18 and over.
By placing an order or booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements.
You confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings or orders if age requirements are not met.

3. MASSAGE SERVICES – PROFESSIONAL SCOPE

All massage treatments are strictly professional wellness services.
No sexual, erotic, or inappropriate services are offered or tolerated.
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund.

4. CLIENT HEALTH RESPONSIBILITY (MASSAGE SERVICES)

You must inform us before your appointment of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, or contraindications that may affect your treatment.

We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or stop treatment if continuing would be unsafe.

No refunds will be issued where treatment is refused or altered due to undisclosed health conditions.

5. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & PRICING

Massage appointments must be booked in advance via our website.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time.
Confirmed bookings and completed purchases will not be affected by price changes.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY – MASSAGE SERVICES

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment via:

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the booking value.

Your Body Vibes Ltd is powered by Shopify. All bookings and purchases are made directly with Your Body Vibes Ltd. Shopify bears no responsibility for the delivery or outcome of services or products.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the UK GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018.
